Work made by artists based in Barcelona and across Catalonia: painting, illustration, photography, sculpture, film and craft. Every piece was posted by the person who signed it and opens at full size with their own note beside it. None of it is here because a curator picked it.

Barcelona turns out a lot of illustration and graphic design, partly because the city has had publishers, studios and self-publishing fairs for decades, and that shows in what gets posted: book covers, fanzines, print series. Next to it sits studio painting, documentary photography of the metropolitan area, and work in ceramic and glass.

You can look at all of it without an account and filter by discipline. Opening a piece gives you full size, the title and whatever the artist wrote about it, plus a link back to their artist page. Signed in, you can favourite works and follow the people making them. For a commission or an exhibition, you write to the artist using their own details.

Studios here are nearly always small and shared, and a lot of pieces get photographed against the workshop wall before they go anywhere. That is why the grid mixes proper studio shots with phone pictures taken in the middle of the afternoon. Captions come in Spanish, Catalan or English, depending on who wrote them.
