About

A professional home for every artistic discipline.

The art world spans thousands of disciplines, traditions, and forms of practice. The platforms artists have been given to represent themselves have never reflected that breadth.

The most recognised names in the space were built around digital art and client-facing commercial work. They were never built for the sculptor, the poet, the ballet dancer, or the ceramicist.

Social media built for everyone serves no one particularly well. And until now, no single destination has brought together the full range of creative practice — from painting and sculpture to dance, writing, ceramics, and beyond.

Artistivo was built to fill that gap.

What we built

Artistivo is a professional directory for practising artists across every discipline. A place to showcase your body of work, find tutors and studio spaces, discover events, and connect with a creative community that understands the depth and diversity of artistic practice.

We built it for the ceramicist who has been working for thirty years and deserves more than an Instagram grid. For the choreographer looking for a rehearsal space in a new city. For the collector who wants to find artists beyond the handful the algorithm happens to surface. For anyone who takes art seriously.

The people behind it

Artistivo was born from a belief that every artistic discipline deserves a professional home.

Samareh Azadi and Mehran Sanei co-founded Artistivo in London, UK. Both practising visual artists, they built the platform they wished had existed — one that takes artistic practice seriously, across every discipline. Erfan Shamabadi, based in Stuttgart, Germany, joined as a co-owner and leads the technical development of the platform. A computer scientist and founder of his own software company, he brings the engineering depth and entrepreneurial experience that underpins everything Artistivo does.

Where we are

We are early, and we know it. The directory is growing, the features are evolving, and we are listening closely to the artists, tutors, and spaces who join us. If you have thoughts, we would genuinely like to hear them.
